What are you grateful for?
I am grateful for my teachers, for plant wisdom & doTERRA International!
Clinical trials indicate that the practice of gratitude can have dramatic and lasting positive effects in a person’s life. It can lower blood pressure, improve immune function, promote happiness and well-being, and spur acts of helpfulness, generosity, and cooperation.
Additionally, gratitude reduces lifetime risk for depression, anxiety, and substance abuse disorders. Whether it stems from the acceptance of another’s kindness, appreciation for the majesty of nature, or a recognition of the gifts in one’s own life, gratitude enhances nearly all spheres of human experience.

Grand Master Yang Mei Jun
27th Inheritor of Dayan Qigong
"Tao De De Dou Zheng Tao Hsing"
Grandmaster Yang Meijun (1894-2002)
Dayan (Wild Goose) Qigong was first developed by the Taoist Monk, Dao An, about 1700 years ago. Dayan Qigong was created in the Kunlun Mountains and travelled to Wutai Mountain.
Dayan Qigong was passed down as a secret doctrine for 27 generations until the last lineage holder, Grandmaster Yang Meijun, began teaching the Chinese public the form in 1975. Known as "little buddha," Grandmaster Yang Meijun was renown throughout China for her amazing healing abilities. Grandmaster Yan Meijun persistently practiced qigong from 11 pm to 1 am daily since the age of 13 years old. When she was young her grandfather had the little Meijun take a vow at the White Pagoda Temple, which began her life long practice of Dayan qigong. Grandmaster Yang had immeasurable power and energy such as luring her Dantien power from inside to the outside of her body. For instance she had lights emitting from her eyes, transferring energy onto the blade of a sword as shining light, hitting someone from another room, long distance qigong healing, distal treatment over the telephone, emitting a variety of fragrances form Dantien, and reviving deceased people to full recovery of life. These are just a few examples of her magnificent energy power. This immeasurable energy came from Grandmaster Yang's accumulative practices and not from birth.
Grandmaster Yang saved many people's life. She was tremendously humble and friendly, as well as compassionate. She was a role model and mentor. She left this planet one month prior to her 108th birthday and revealed to the world the mystical qigong.
Grandmaster Yang was the honorary chair of the Beijing Qigong Scientific Research Society, and through her work Dayan Qigong is one of several forms that has been studied and recognized to have significant health benefits. Wen Wu School, along with Stanford University, University of California, and medical centers and healthcare professionals tried to apply for Grandmaster Yang's visit to the United States. Her visa was approved in the 1990's, but unfortunately, her caregiver's visa was denied. Grandmaster Yang never visited the United States.
Her famous words are, "Tao De De Dou Zheng Tao Hsing," or " one who practices the Tao will achieve Tao." According to Grandmaster Yang, this is Dayan Qigong's lineage verse that has been passed down for many generations.
