Join us for a weekly class to develop regular self-care practices you can do at home! Learn the 64 movements of Dayan Qigong, tai chi warm-ups, and how to use doTERRA essential oils to enhance balance, harmony and chi flow by applying them to acupuncture points! Enliven your wei qi, defensive qi, from within your cells to radiate outside your body for protection!
My dream is to introduce you and your friends and family to the health benefits of regular qigong and mediation practice!
TYPICAL 1 HOUR CLASS A typical zoom class will include tai warm-ups, 10+ minute meditation, practice and review Dayan Qigong Set 1.
Sample 1 1/2 hour practice class to get your qi flowing: 20 minutes tai chi warm-ups 10-15+ minute meditation, teach & review Dayan Qigong Set 1(4-6 movements), Set 1 practice (slow set)
