​Dayan Qigong Set 1 Movement 1 to Movement 64 

We will continue our exploration using Dayan Qigong to learn how to connect to the universal life force and harmonize your qi! Expanding tai chi warm-ups, practice and  review Dayan Qigong Set 1, and meditation to enhance your qi!  

My dream is to introduce you and your friends and family to the health benefits of regular qigong and mediation practice!



TYPICAL 1 HOUR CLASS
A typical zoom class with include tai warm-ups, Focus on Dayan Qigong Set 1, 15+meditation, practice Dayan Qigong Set 1.


Sample 1 1/2 hour practice class to get your qi flowing:
20 minutes tai chi warm-ups
15 minutes Practice Dayan Qigong Set 1 practice (slow set)
10-15+ minute meditation
